Through humor and laughter, Tracey speaks to the wounded soul. And, with love and kindness, she reveals the invisible walls of our self-made prisons of unforgiveness and the key to our escape.
Having lived riddled with guilt and shame, Tracey speaks with a true knowledge of the kindness of God. Childhood experiences left her vulnerable and trying to measure up in a Never-Enough world.
Date rape sent her down a path of self-loathing, and the trials of life led her into a pit of bitterness and skepticism.
Through her book and key message, Tracey speaks of redemption and forgiveness for the wounded soul. Her memoir, Gathering the Wayward Heart, shares her journey down a path that left her broken and then leads the reader to the point of her redemption.
Seeing God in Tragedy
We all experience tragedy in life. In 2011, Tracey's Family experienced extreme loss, with seven deaths in 7 months. The hardest of these was her mother, who went into the hospital with a stomachache and nine days later passed away.
But God never leaves us or forsakes us (Deut. 31:8), and there can be joy even when we experience loss.
